Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/
Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Must have at least 1 years of Accounting experience
(Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Payroll)
Preferably with at least 1 year of Actuarial experience from Healthcare
Services or any related industry.

- Identify inconsistencies in patient health information
- Identify patterns of poor documentation practices.
- identify potentially compensable events.
- Conduct routine audits for accuracy of coding and sufficiency of associated provider documentation to maintain best practice compliance standards.
- Maintain reports of patients’ medical histories, and monitoring changes in their condition.
• NCLEX Passer is an advantage but not required
• With at least 2 years experience in clinical setting
• Willing to work Night shift
• Knowledge and background in Health Information Management/ Nursing Informatics
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal (Proficient in English)
• Sound knowledge on medical terminologies
• Ability to critically analyze electronic health information reports and identify or relate data with resident medical conditions and treatment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying hardware and software solutions
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Diagnosing and repairing faults
- Resolving network issues
- Installing and configuring hardware and software
- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem
- Providing support in the form of procedural documentation
- Managing multiple cases at one time
- Testing and evaluating new technologies
- Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is advantageous
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support, desk support, or similar role
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux/ Mac OS
- Experience with remote desktop applicants and help desk software
- Attention to detail and good problem - solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication
