TECHNOLOGY
IT Support Specialist
Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology * Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is advantageous * At least 3 years of experience in technical support, desk support, or similar role * Proficiency in Windows/Linux/ Mac OS * Experience with remote desktop applicants and help desk software
